the rest of the book

After being stuck in their cells for quite a while Bilbo gets a plan for their escape. When everyone is at a feast Bilbo lets them out and packs them in empty wine barrels and then when the elves put them in the river and open the gates to get rid of the barrels they get shipped off too. After seeing that his friends are safe Bilbo jumps in after them....after getting acquainted in the lake town below the mountain they set off towards it. When they get in Bilbo goes down inside the mountain. He sees the evil dragon, Smoug, sleeping and so he steals a cup. This makes Smoug mad and so he eats the ponies. Bilbo goes down again and finds a weakness in Smoug's plating. Unfortunately he says how they were helped by the people of Lake Town and so Smoug goes to demolish the town. A company commander is told this weakness by a raven and so he kills the dragon with a black arrow...seeing how the dwarfs and the hobbit did not know this they went down to the mountains center with extreme caution. Bilbo goes to investigate the place to see if the dragon was hiding in ambush and he find the arken stone of thrain, the center of the mountain and a precious stone to Thorin, and of course he takes it.
The rest of the book is moderately boring and so this will be brief.... the people of Lake Town want some of the gold but Thorin is not going to cooperate so Bilbo gives the arken stone to the chief and he reunites with Gandalf... the dwarfs from Dane come to siege war on them and meanwhile the goblins come and so everyone unites to fight them. The eagles come and help and they finally defeated them. Unfortunately Thorin is killed, and so the gold is divided properly. And everyone lives happily ever after....
